Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AI Thumbnail Creator, including the website, editor, templates, title generator, CTR score checker, preview tools, draft saving, and export features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms are written for a static, client-side creative tool and may be updated if the service later adds accounts, cloud storage, payments, collaboration, or hosted user galleries.

Use of the Service

AI Thumbnail Creator is provided to help users create and evaluate thumbnail designs and title ideas for online video and social media content. You may use the website for personal, educational, freelance, business, and creator-channel purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your device, browser, internet connection, saved drafts, exported files, and publishing decisions. You agree to use the service in a lawful, respectful, and non-deceptive way.

User-Generated Content and Ownership

You own the thumbnails you export, subject to the rights you already have in the materials you used. If you upload your own photo, type original text, choose colors, and export a design, we do not claim ownership of that exported thumbnail. However, this does not give you ownership of third-party content, trademarks, logos, screenshots, fonts, icons, photos, or other assets you did not have permission to use. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the rights required for any image, name, likeness, clip, graphic, brand element, or claim included in your design.

Templates provided by AI Thumbnail Creator are starter layouts and visual arrangements. You may use exported thumbnails created from these templates for your own videos or client work. You may not resell the template collection itself, redistribute the website files as a competing template pack, claim the tool's templates as your own standalone product, or remove attribution from the website code and present the full service as an original platform you built if you are distributing it publicly.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI Thumbnail Creator to create, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing. You may not use the tool to impersonate another person or brand, create misleading endorsements, fabricate screenshots or claims, manipulate viewers into believing false information, or publish deceptive financial, health, legal, or safety promises. You may not use the website to introduce malware, overload hosting infrastructure, bypass security, scrape in a way that harms the service, or interfere with other users.

No Account and Local Drafts

This version does not require a user account. Drafts are saved locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not promise that local drafts will remain available forever. Browsers may clear storage, private browsing may delete data after a session, and storage limits may prevent very large drafts from saving. You should export finished thumbnails and keep backup source files. We are not responsible for drafts lost because of browser settings, device failure, user deletion, storage limits, or software changes.

Title Suggestions and CTR Scores

The title generator and CTR score checker are decision-support tools. They are not promises, warranties, analytics predictions, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing generated titles for accuracy, fairness, grammar, cultural fit, and platform policy compliance. You are also responsible for deciding whether a thumbnail is truthful to the video. A design that scores well may perform poorly, and a design that scores lower may still perform well in a specific niche. Use the tools as creative guidance, not as a replacement for judgment or audience testing.

Intellectual Property

The website design, code structure, template arrangements, written content, scoring logic, and original visual system are protected by intellectual property laws to the extent permitted. Third-party libraries, fonts, and icon sets remain owned by their respective rights holders and are subject to their own licenses. You may not copy, modify, or distribute protected parts of the service except as allowed by law, by applicable open-source licenses, or by written permission. You may link to public pages of the website in a normal, non-misleading way.

Third-Party Services and Links

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Thumbnail Creator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, lost drafts, business interruption, reputational harm, platform penalties, or claims arising from thumbnails or titles you publish. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero for this free version, unless applicable law requires a different result.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Thumbnail Creator and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your uploaded or exported content, your violation of these terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your violation of law or platform policies.

Governing Law and Disputes
